The role of Kids Ministry Director is so important for the children and families of our church and our wider community. This individual is passionate about Jesus and having kids of all ages know Jesus, be discipled in the way of Jesus. The Kids Ministry Director knows the best way to do this is in partnership with families and walking alongside them in all of life’s circumstance. This leader will raise up and coordinate teams of volunteers in order to enable individuals in our community to use their giftings to serve kids and families. As a church we are responsible to recognize the faith of the children, guide them with wisdom, and grow alongside them.
